A wonderful experiencen to turn around a very stressful situation. My truck water pump completely locked up on me, broke my serpentine belt and dumped all my antifreeze. I reached out to Carl's and they were super kind and quick and sent out a tow truck to bring in the truck to the shop, they had it sorted and ready to pick up the very next day. Couldn't be happier, would recommend them to anyone needing help with their vehicle. Thanks so much!

I had such a great experience here! Had to stop at Carl’s after experiencing trouble on the interstate. I was 3 hours from home with 2.5 hours left until my destination. The team was professional, honest, and quick to get my car back on the road. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and the service was top-notch. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Mike was amazing, very kind to two clueless girls in their 20’s and so informative. Highly recommend!

My car was totaled and I am lucky to be alive..State trooper who was on the scene of my accident told me I could get my belongings out of my car..Carl's said I could get my belongings...30 minute drive there.. They told me nope $175 because they talked to the place I financed it from and they don't want it..so they wouldn't make any money otherwise. I JUST want my son's toys out of the back! They are HEARTLESS.

I went to the local Dodge dealership service department for the initial assessment. While they were extremely polite and professional, their price fir the work was over $1200. I was referred to Carl's by a good friend (and now I owe that friend their choice of beverage lol). Carl's got my truck checked-in around 5:15 pm on Tuesday and called me on Wednesday afternoon that it was fixed and ready for pickup. The grand total - LESS THAN $240! Carl's has gained a new customer in me! I strongly recommend for your automotive service needs!
